Leginn Cornmill is a grade B2 Listed Building (HB12/08/038) and is also included in the Northern Ireland Environment Agency’s (NIEA) Industrial Heritage Record (IHR 1275)

After a lengthy Planning process Planning Permission was granted for “Renovations to Existing Cornmill including self catering accommodation”

In March 2012 work started on the project and involved removing the corrugated iron roof and inner floors from the old building, placing a reinforced wall on the ground floor
